- You have accessed less than 10% of the total course content. If you have accessed more than 10% of the course, no cancellation or refund will be provided.
- For subscription services, cancellations will only apply to future billing periods. The current billing period is non-refundable.

- Navigate to the "My Courses" or "My Subscriptions" section.

2.3 Consequences of Cancellation

3. Refund Policy
3.1 Eligibility for Refund
Refunds will be granted under the following conditions:
- You have submitted a request for a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
- You have not accessed more than 10% of the course content.
- The course or service is eligible for a refund. Some services, such as certification fees or downloadable materials, are non-refundable (see Non-Refundable Items below).

5. Subscription Cancellations
For users who have subscribed to recurring services, the following conditions apply:
- Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellations will only take effect for future billing periods. The current month’s subscription is non-refundable.
- Annual Subscriptions: If you cancel within the first 7 days of purchase and meet the eligibility conditions (e.g., accessed less than 10% of content), you will receive a refund. After the 7-day period, no refund will be granted, though you will retain access to the service for the remainder of the subscription term.
