  • Courses will be available through your LMS account under the "My Courses" section.
  • You can access the course content anytime by logging into your account, provided the course is not subject to specific access windows or deadlines.

Delivery Time: Instant access to online courses upon successful payment.

2.2 Delivery of Digital Materials

Any additional digital materials, such as e-books, PDFs, or other resources, will be delivered through the following means:

  • Download links available within the course page or "My Materials" section of your account.
  • A confirmation email will also be sent with links for downloadable content, if applicable.

Delivery Time: Instant access to digital materials upon successful payment and course enrollment.


3. Physical Products Delivery

3.1 Shipping of Physical Materials

If your course includes physical materials (e.g., textbooks, workbooks, or certification kits), shipping details will be as follows:

  • Physical items will be shipped to the address provided during checkout.
  • We partner with reputable courier services to ensure timely delivery.

3.2 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Shipping fees may vary depending on the destination, weight, and size of the package.

3.3 Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times for physical products depend on your location and the shipping option selected during checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

Currently, we ship physical products to the following regions:

  • Asia-Pacific

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. If your shipping address is outside our service areas, please contact our support team for further assistance at support@targetlms.com.


5. Order Tracking

For all physical product orders, you will receive tracking information via email once your order has been processed and shipped. You can use the tracking number provided to monitor the status of your shipment through the courier's website.

If you do not receive tracking information or encounter any issues with your shipment, please contact our support team at support@targetlms.com.


6. International Shipping and Customs Fees

For international shipments, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the shipping fee or the purchase price.

Customs policies vary by country, and we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information. Any delays caused by customs procedures are beyond our control, and we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates for international orders.


7. Failed Delivery or Incorrect Address

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping information during the checkout process. In the event of failed delivery due to an incorrect address:

  • We will attempt to contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
  • If we cannot reach you within 14 business days, your order will be canceled, and no refund will be issued for the shipping costs.

We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed as "Delivered" by the courier.
